Kay knows her stuff. With her background in photography, she pays attention to detail and does her absolute best to reduce your stress level & make you feel at ease. She’s organized, patient, and honestly appears to be a jack of all trades. She does photography, she offers a photo booth and other wedding type decor, has a super nice husband who is her right hand in planning & photography, and is punctual for ALL phone calls, video chats, meet-ups for walk throughs. Cannot hype of Kay enough. She is the rising star of wedding planning of Paso Robles. Kay won’t let you down!

HIRE THIS WOMAN, she is AMAZING. My wedding checked all the stress boxes: 1) Groom not helping 2) 150 guests 3) Giant blended family with multiple people that hate each other 4) The event was being planned remotely from another state 5) Bride (me) was getting beat up left and right by all aforementioned parties 6) We had and had just gotten finished moving across the country. You name it, Katherine handled it. She especially shined on the day of the wedding. My in-laws, who are pretty hard to please and owned the venue, stated: "That woman earned her paycheck," regarding making sure everything went smoothly on the actual wedding day. She handled the rehearsal perfectly, and was excellent regarding all of the minutiae that I didn't even know I needed to deal with. Plus she's BRAVE. If the bride doesn't want something that a family member is pushing, she doesn't just advocate for her, she goes to war for her and she'll win. Planning a wedding sucks, but Kay will make it suck at least several orders of magnitude less. And she will make sure your wedding day is perfect. Mine absolutely was.

When my husband and I first chatted with Kay, we were looking for a wedding planner for our wedding in November 2021. When we heard she was also a photographer + videographer, we opted to have her and Bram do it all for us! I was truthfully a little nervous at first about how the double duty would work out, but it was such an amazing combination, I can't imagine having it any other way!...She was a great planner - answering late night text messages, attending all our vendor meetings with us to make sure things were on point, and even running around town to craft stores when some vendor options didn't look quite like I envisioned. As a photographer/videographer, she and Bram totally nailed it. Since they'd spent so much time with us between our engagement photo shoot and planning the wedding, we were super comfortable with them and they captured our true personalities in our photos. I adore all the photos and video they made - and have even gotten compliments on the quality of their work from other vendors that see a LOT of wedding pictures... All hiccups and family drama (there's always something!) were handled seamlessly, professionally, and without any stress to me. Thank you for making our day amazing, Kay and Bram!
